The farmhouse,
which was built in 1837, has acted as a cultural centre with an
interdisciplinary approach since 1997. The house is home to a permanent
exhibition about the ethnic groups of the Styrian Slovenes, German
speakers, and the Roma in Slovenia. Exhibitions of contemporary
artists, workshops, symposia and the release of publications make
up the other focal areas of the work of the house located as it
is in between different identities.
